Gregory Winger

Gregory H. Winger is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Cincinnati. His research explores the uses of collaborative military activities, known as defense diplomacy, as foreign policy tools. Specifically, Dr. Winger examines the important role of defense cooperation to sustaining the U.S.-Philippine alliance and meeting emerging security challenges, including counterterrorism and cybersecurity. He received his PhD from Boston University and is a former Fulbright Scholar to the Philippines.
