The Advisory Council bridges academia and government policymakers to establish research priorities for the NARP. The group provides substantive input into scoping the policy-relevant research topics the NARP fellows address and recommends promising rising scholars for the program. The Advisory Council selection committee will oversee the application process for choosing the NARP fellows, evaluating candidates based on the selection criteria and key research topics before making final decisions on the NARP 2019 fellow awards.
